Tokens for copy G chip

Hi Masters,
Please help me as my Mini900 says I only have 2 tokens left to copy the G chip.

This is what appear on the screen:

    There are 2 tokens left

Hi Master, please help me again.
With the G chip copy, my device asking for the password every time I want to copy the G chip.
and yesterday, I copied 2 ID 46 chips, 1 for Hyundai 2012 and 1 for GM Holden 2015, both cases was cloned succeed, but cannot start the cars.
I think something gone wrong with my device. Should I update it? where can I download the update?

I tried to upgrade with MINI900_V2.9.exe but cannot connect to network.
Search from TJECU website and a lot of things but still not working
Please help
