Mini 900 - This device cannot start

Hello,
My latest post disappered, so I post it again. Sorry for that.
My problem with the driver installation. I tried win7/win8 and win10(32 bit and 64 bit version too).
And I faced always same error:
This device cannot start(Code: 10)

I don't know what the problem is.
