CN900 MINI TOYOTA OBD2 PROBLEM

Dear
i use it  and it works good for 4 cars  to rest toyota g cars ,after make new update in 28
 may 2017 i did not use it , today i have car toyota prado 2012 with G
system far away so i plug the
device in obd2 but the massage there update should do i say yes and it
say success  , so i try as usual it goes well until pics number 5  but
the device froze and stuck (see pics 5
 ) and it will go further to reset immo g system as i want .
i
 try to update device through pc software but same problem so now i lose
 job for another locksmith .pls can help me to make my device work
again.
also for first time it tell me i
have 4 token left and when i buy from you no one tell me there token so
why ????? and when token finish i can not use my device?????

what is your machine version now?and do you have  TOYO-OBD?if you had TOYO-OBD , we will reset the G copy for you,and please ADD our COMPANY QQ 800122689, we can help you on line.thank you
